Does the audio really play only once?

My spelling is the problem, not my listening. Does that matter?
It matters more than anything else in Part A. A word you heard perfectly still scores zero if it is spelled wrong. That is why the Part A material in the course drills spelling under pressure, using the medical terminology that appears most often in consultation extracts.
What accents are in the audio?
The same range the real exam uses. Our extracts are recorded in-house across the accents candidates actually meet, rather than a single narrator reading a script.
Is this enough on its own, or do I need the Complete Materials?
